Refund policy

At Hern's Pro® Pest Products, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your product, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging.
• You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

• Products marked as final sale.
• Used or damaged items not due to manufacturing defects.
• Gift cards.
• Incomplete packages.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our Customer Service team at info@hernspro.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack your item securely, including any accessories, manuals, or original packaging.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of product defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
A standard 15% restocking fee applies to all returns. However, if the product packaging (such as the protective clamshell) arrives damaged, destroyed, or un-sellable, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund to cover repackaging materials and labor.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at info@hernspro.com.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.
